Planning Your Event
Maximize recognises that no two events are ever the same. For that reason our plans will always be driven by your specific needs and expectations, never by how things have been done before.
Once you have chosen your venue a detailed event management timescale will be drawn up and a budget discussed, both of which will be sent to you for your approval.
From this point on we will communicate with you as often - or as little - as you require, keeping you informed by ensuring you have access to up-to-the-minute project status reports detailing all correspondence and attendee information until the conclusion of the event.
