Keeping up with hundreds of attendees can be time-consuming.
From initial contact to post-event correspondence, we will manage all delegate communications for you.
From the 20 advisory board participants to the 2000 congress delegates, we will prepare and send out initiations, collate attendee responses, carry out all communications regarding accommodation and travel requirements, and complete any necessary post-event correspondence, observing the Data Protection Act at all times.
